We are seeking diligent and observant security officers to join our team. As an observe and report officer, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security concerns within the client's premises. You will be expected to maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism while ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Observe and report safety hazards, property damage or suspicious activity for CIS Security clients.
- Complete all site duties and patrols.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to CIS Security and its customers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to observe and document observations.
- Team player with a consistent positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must hold a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (“BSIS”)Security Guard License or be eligible to obtain a Security Guard License.
- Applicants with VALID guard card are preferred.
- Prefer one or more years’ experience as a Security or Patrol Officer, but not required.

- Part-time positions range from 16 to 29 hours per week.
Candidates applying must be able to work one or a combination of the shift(s) below:
- Day: may work 6 to 8hrs between 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Swing: may work 6 to 8hrs between 12:00 PM - 3:00AM
- Grave: may work 6 to 8hrs between 8:00 PM - 9:00 AM
***Must be available to work weekends***
Working days and shifts are subject to change
Actual start and end times will depend on the sites assigned
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay Range: $16.90 - $21.00
