Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel between sites in a patrol vehicle and conduct foot patrols with speed and precision.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete all patrols on the Run Sheet assigned to each Patrol Beat.
  • Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas on foot to detect and deter unauthorized activity. 
  • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including alarms and other calls for service.
  • Assist other Patrol Officers with calls when additional assistance is needed to ensure officer safety.
  • Observe and report information for CIS Security clients.
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors. 
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

  • Ability to walk for extended periods at a fast pace.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to observe and document observations.
  • Team player with a consistent positive attitude.
  • Ability to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. 
  • Must hold a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (“BSIS”) Security Guard License or be eligible to obtain a Security Guard License. Applicants with VALID guard card are preferred.
  • Prefer one or more years’ experience as a Security or Patrol Officer, but not required. 

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must hold a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (“BSIS”)Security Guard License or be eligible to obtain a Security Guard License.

Applicants with VALID guard card are preferred.

Prefer one or more years’ experience as a Security or Patrol Officer, but not required.

  • Full-time positions range from 30-40 hours per week.

Candidates applying must be able to work one or a combination of the shift(s) below:

  • Grave: may work 6 to 8hrs between 8:00 PM - 9:00 AM

***Must be available to work weekends***

Working days and shifts are subject to change

Actual start and end times will depend on the sites assigned

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $18.90 - $21.00
