Sous chef & Sushi Chef de Cuisine

• Craft menu: Make fresh sushi, rolls, and raw fish dishes with high care and skill.
• Keep high safety: Follow food safety rules, clean the work area, and store items right.
• Manage stock: Order fresh fish and goods, check food quality, and lower waste.

Operations Manager

• Run daily tasks: Oversee store opening and closing, customer service, and daily business flow.
• Lead staff: Hire, train, and set work schedules for front and back team members.
