GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland servicing clients throughout the US. We are celebrating our 28th year in business. We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.
Summary:
We are engaging 30 Enrollment Processors to support FEPOC’s Enrollment Business Area (EBA) on its upcoming open enrollment (Open Season) for its Federal Employee Health Benefits Plan.
Location: 100% Onsite in McPherson Square, Washington, DC (Exact location to be announced)
Important Notes:
- Absences are NOT permitted during training classes.
- All contingent workers are required to attend the entire training course(s) ON TIME, EVERY DAY.
- Weekly productivity and feedback are given during training class
- Candidates should be 100% focused during training and production – NO DISTRACTIONS.
- Enrollment Contingent Worker Callout Line (202-203-2288) – Must notify in advance for absences or late arrivals
- Candidates may expect occasional overtime work on weekends (Saturdays only) or during the evening.
Tools To Be Used at Work:
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), WebEx, Adobe Acrobat
- (In-house applications: FEPDirect, OnBase)
Need to Close:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, data entry or healthcare background.
- Knowledge in navigating multiple software systems at the same time, doing internet research, and handling email communication.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and/or Adobe Acrobat
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with HIPAA / PHI
- Prior experience supporting Open Enrollment Season
