What You’ll Do
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Review source documents and records to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain organized files and records to support easy access and retrieval of information.
- Prepare routine reports and data summaries as requested.
- Provide general administrative support and use standard office equipment as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with company requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, clerical, administrative, or office support work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with databases, spreadsheets, or electronic data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Entry Operator, Office Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Experience maintaining electronic records and preparing routine reports.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies independently.
