- This role will be focused on providing contract staffing resources for our clients and partners in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Drive and facilitate all facets of technical recruiting including the initial research and planning phase, candidate identification/sourcing, assessment, development, and presentation, offer and close.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to gain a full understanding of each position and discuss search direction.
- Maintain effective/proactive communication keeping all stakeholders informed and provide a strong consultative approach with the hiring manager.
- Complies with company policy and EEO/ADA guidelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of agency IT recruiting experience is highly preferred.
- Experience recruiting high-volume candidates within a complex and competitive technical marketplace.
- Experience recruiting for technical resources highly preferred.
- High-level understanding of engineering resources focused on Cisco, EMC, Dell, and/or HPE highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with all aspects of Internet recruiting, sourcing, and knowledgeable of current recruiting industry best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with top-notch negotiation skills.
