GD Resources LLC is seeking an organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, clerical, and office support to a federal client.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clerical support to professional and senior staff.
- Manage calendars, appointments, schedules, and meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other documents.
- Maintain electronic and physical records and filing systems.
- Assist with data entry and document management.
- Conduct administrative research and process specialized documentation.
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare meeting minutes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and administrative materials.
- Handle routine bookkeeping and reconciliation activities.
- Track expenditures and basic financial information.
- Respond professionally to telephone, email, customer, and stakeholder inquiries.
- Review work products for accuracy and completeness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience.
- Experience supporting managers, professional staff, or team leads.
- Experience with scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and records management.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a government, financial-services, legal, or regulated professional environment.
