Responsibilities
- Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals, overseeing the delivery of dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of analytics professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices for metadata management, data lineage, and data quality.
- Ensure the security, accuracy, and compliance of enterprise analytics assets, implementing data quality controls and access policies.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
- Design scalable data architectures supporting efficient data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize analytics processes and improve data architecture through best practices and modern methodologies.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, evaluating their potential to enhance business outcomes.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, project timelines, and strategic initiatives.
- Promote data literacy throughout the organization, supporting user enablement and developing documentation standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management.
- Proven leadership experience supporting BI initiatives and managing analytics teams.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, and modern analytics architectures.
- Skilled in developing dashboards and visualizations using enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with data governance, data quality management, and metadata practices.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and analytical data structures.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts, with the ability to communicate their benefits for business insights.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
