Responsibilities
- Reconcile key data points between Gas Midstream and Transportation Agreements and the gFlow system applications to ensure data integrity and contract compliance.
- Link commercial agreements by ID number within the Commercial Contracts Repository, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for internal reference and audit purposes.
- Review agreement system status to identify potential termination or renewal opportunities, proactively communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Scan and upload documents into the Commercial Contracts Repository, ensuring proper categorization and secure archiving of sensitive materials.
- Prepare Records Retention archiving forms, capturing essential identifiers and supporting documentation for each agreement.
- Create and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets to track contract metrics, analyze data trends, and support reporting requirements.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy in all record-keeping activities, adhering to company protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support multiple requests from various sources, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma required; completion of some college coursework is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, commercial analysis, or a related technical field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and analyze complex spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of maintaining data integrity in a professional setting.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to lift and move files and heavy boxes as required by the role.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to perform work on-site as required by the role.
