Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end transition from legacy systems to the Fiserv EPP platform, ensuring smooth migration and optimal operational performance.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance straight-through-processing (STP) rates, operational efficiency, and system reliability across ACH, wire transfers, and instant payment channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute modernization roadmaps, aligning technological upgrades with business goals.
- Act as a change agent, steering organizational adjustments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital assets and artificial intelligence applications, integrating innovative solutions to streamline bank operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout the modernization process.
- Extensive experience guiding financial institutions through major payment system upgrades-preferably with platforms such as Fiserv EPP, FIS MMH, Finzly, Volante, or Alactriti.
- Demonstrated expertise in ACH, wire transfers, and instant payments operations.
- Proven ability to improve processing efficiency and operational metrics through technology and process improvements.
- Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for detail and organizational change management.
- Knowledge of digital assets and AI applications relevant to banking operations.
