Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of full-stack, cloud, and data-driven client engagements, managing scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify technical and business challenges, developing scalable solutions accordingly.
- Oversee small technical teams, providing daily leadership, prioritization, and guidance to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including estimation, planning, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design and guide technical solutions in areas such as full-stack application development, AWS cloud services, data engineering, analytics, and platform modernization.
- Review architecture and codebases for quality, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical teams and senior client stakeholders, tailoring messaging as needed.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate development, analysis, and delivery, ensuring their responsible and ethical use.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack application development and/or cloud-based solutions delivery.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing delivery outcomes.
- Comfortable working across architecture, delivery planning, and project execution phases.
- Broad knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to mentor junior team members and participate in leadership growth.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
