Responsibilities
- Lead the development of custom software solutions utilizing a diverse set of technologies including cloud platforms, AI, IoT, and web/mobile applications.
- Manage small teams by guiding, coaching, and facilitating skill development among team members.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and business problems for Fortune-500 clients across multiple industries.
- Execute entire project lifecycles, from gathering requirements and architecture design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and present technical solutions clearly, including demos and findings.
- Explore and incorporate emerging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AI, and machine learning into client solutions.
- Develop applications using programming languages and frameworks including Python, .NET, Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, and mobile technologies like iOS and Android.
- Strategically utilize AI tools to streamline development processes, enhance solutions, and provide ethical explanations on AI use.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team and organization.
- Participate in community activities and support a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, including coaching, project estimation, task assignment, and requirements gathering.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creating innovative solutions.
- Ability to adapt to multiple responsibilities and dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
