Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Jira dashboards and reports that provide executive and operational insights for a multi-team program.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reporting outputs.
- Continuously enhance reporting structures by incorporating stakeholder feedback and evolving program needs.
- Develop and maintain Jira automations to streamline workflows, reporting processes, and data quality management.
- Create clear, maintainable documentation covering automation logic, data flows, usage standards, and governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices for Jira usage and reporting standards.
- Partner with Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and Technology Managers to prioritize work into appropriate Program Increments.
- Assist in aligning delivery plans with overall project milestones and strategic timelines.
- Track and report on cross-team dependencies, highlighting potential risks or misalignments.
- Support cross-tool integrations, leveraging tools such as ServiceNow and Power BI for enhanced reporting and data analysis.
- Translate program data and insights into clear presentation materials to support leadership reviews and decision-making.
- Proven experience with Jira administration, reporting, and automation development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly within large-scale program frameworks like SAFe, and related tools.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports that serve both executive and operational audiences.
- Ability to develop and maintain Jira automations to optimize workflows and reporting accuracy.
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and Managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data governance standards.
- Availability to work remotely with reliable internet access and a dedicated work environment.
