Position: Program Manager
Location: Maryville, IL
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 am to 4:30 pm Salary Range: $52,000 - $58,000 annually
Prairieland Service Coordination, Inc. (PSCI) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Manager to join our team in Maryville, IL.
What You'll Do
As a Program Manager, you'll lead a team of Individual Service Coordinators, ensure high-quality service delivery, and help individuals and families navigate the support system with care and respect.
Staff Supervision

Hire, train, and supervise Individual Service Coordinators

Conduct performance reviews and manage employee performance

Ensure daily staffing coverage and respond to emergency situations

Provide ongoing support and guidance to your team

Maintain Medicaid eligibility and compliance within your region
Program Management

Monitor billing processes and address discrepancies

Review travel expenses and approve payroll data

Ensure compliance with DHS/DD standards and internal procedures
Administrative Leadership

Respond to provider, guardian, individual, and DHS inquiries in a timely manner

Collaborate with executive leadership and participate in agency meetings

Complete assigned tasks, DHS documentation, and crisis response activities

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is based in a professional office setting and requires the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. The employee must be able to move as needed to complete job tasks, which may involve sitting or standing for extended periods, bending, and navigating the workspace. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds may be required.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human services (required); Master's degree (preferred)

QIDP eligibility and 5 years of experience in human services, including staff supervision

Knowledge of the developmental disabilities service system

Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills

Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for PAS emergencies

Valid Illinois driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
