Duties

- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including shocks struts, brake repair, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Prepare estimates for services and repairs, utilizing skills in auto estimating and automotive service management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Follow up with customers regarding their service experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep accurate records of customer interactions and service history.

Requirements
