We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to be the bridge between our customers and technicians — someone who can translate technical work into clear, confident communication and deliver a great customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess service needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Write repair orders, prepare accurate estimates, and explain recommended services
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers throughout the repair process
- Manage parts orders, billing, and documentation within shop systems
- Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient front-of-house environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy shop environment
- Proficiency with shop management or estimating software (Mitchell, CCC, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
