Express Technician

Responsibilities 

• Perform routine oil changes and vehicle maintenance services.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Align wheels and adjust vehicle systems as needed for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance options.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
• Uphold safety standards while performing heavy lifting and moving of automotive parts.

Skills 

• Proficient in automotive repair techniques, including oil changes and general vehicle maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues.
• Experience using power tools safely in an automotive environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during service tasks.
• Sales skills are a plus for assisting customers with service recommendations.
