6–12 month contract | Internal Communications Business Partner
Overview
Partner with the Head of U.S. Internal Communications to support site-level needs. Hands-on role focused on advising stakeholders, executing communications plans, creating content, and supporting events, while aligning with U.S. and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver internal communications aligned to business goals
- Develop and execute communications plans; create and publish multi-channel content (intranet, email, etc.)
- Localize and implement global communications initiatives and events
- Collaborate with U.S. and global teams on culture, strategy, and change efforts
- Contribute to global newsletters, intranet, PR, and employer branding initiatives
- Own monthly internal newsletter (content through execution)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; science/tech background a plus
- 10 years of internal communications experience in a corporate environment
- Experience working across integrated/global teams preferred
Core Skills
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editing; able to simplify complex topics
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills; collaborative and solutions-oriented
- Multi-channel communications experience with strong audience focus
- Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital tools (Teams, Forms, etc.)
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proactive and detail-oriented
