GC Multifamily is seeking a high-performing, experienced Community Director to lead operations at an A* Class Luxury Community in Uptown Dallas*
We are looking for a proven leader who understands luxury product, drives performance, and knows how to deliver an exceptional resident experience while maximizing asset value.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all day-to-day operations of a Class A multifamily community
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue growth
- Deliver strong financial results including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team
- Ensure exceptional curb appeal and community presentation at all times
- Oversee resident relations and maintain a best-in-class living experience
- Manage vendors, contracts, and capital projects
- Maintain compliance with company standards and Fair Housing regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of Property Manager / Community Director experience (Class A preferred)
- Strong financial acumen (budgets, variance reporting, NOI focus)
- Proven success with occupancy growth, renewals, and rent optimization
- Experience leading and developing teams
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
- Professional presence and excellent communication skills
- Experience with AppFolio is a plus
