Senior ServiceNow Developer - Dallas, TX (Full-Time, Permanent)
Are you a ServiceNow pro ready to take your expertise to the next level? We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Dallas team and lead the charge in building seamless, enterprise-grade workflows and portals.
What you’ll do:
- Develop Service Catalogs using Standard and Multi-row variable sets.
- Build Flows, Subflows, and Decision Tables in Flow Designer - from moderate to complex workflows.
- Design multi-page record producers and catalog forms.
- Own Employee Center portal development at an advanced/expert level.
- Apply moderate to advanced scripting skills across various development activities.
- Implement and troubleshoot Discovery, analyze logs, and maintain CMDB health.
- Perform daily administration and monitoring of Discovery and CMDB processes.
- Review and resolve Discovery errors from probes and sensors.
- Apply practical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, WMI, etc.) and infrastructure components (servers, databases, storage, networks, cloud).
