What You’ll Do:
- Lead development and support teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Shape the Sales Cloud landscape: define product roadmaps, implementation strategy, and system architecture.
- Provide hands-on expertise on existing Salesforce implementations, integrations, and data quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, both onsite and offshore, to ensure seamless delivery.
- Conduct workshops and regular updates with business leaders and IT executives.
- Champion best practices in implementation, DevOps, and integration.
What We’re Looking For:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience in banking & financial services.
- Strong technical consulting experience with Sales Cloud implementation, org merges, integrations, and data migrations.
- Expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), integration tools, and Salesforce.com integrations.
- Hands-on programming skills with SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML.
- Solid experience configuring Sales Cloud and defining end-to-end CRM solutions.
- Ability to identify gaps in current systems and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
