We are partnering with a leading organization seeking a Decision Analyst to support Customer 360, Member Data, and Channel Initiatives. This position will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and QA functions to deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
Must-Have Skills:
• Snowflake (Cortex Analyst & CoCo)
• Python
• SQL
• Customer 360 / Member Data experience
• Data Quality & Data Validation
• A/B Testing and Hypothesis Testing
• Alation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and validated data assets
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), testing, and data validation
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders
• Develop statistical and machine learning models where appropriate
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with business, IT, data engineering, and QA teams to ensure data accuracy and traceability
• Document methodologies, assumptions, testing, and validation processes
Required Background:
• Strong experience with data analytics and decision science
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• Experience working within Snowflake environments
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders
• Proven experience supporting business decisions through data-driven insights
