Paid Media Manager (Retail Focus)

We’re looking to hire a Paid Media Manager ASAP to support and grow a portfolio of consumer brands across paid social, search, and retail media.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing fundamentals and is interested in expanding into retail media (Instacart, Roundel, Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) even if you haven’t worked hands-on in those platforms yet.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across paid social and search
- Support and execute retail media campaigns (Instacart, Roundel, etc.)
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities to scale efficiently
- Work directly with internal team and client stakeholders on strategy and execution
- Contribute to testing, learning, and improving account performance over time
- 2–5 years of paid media experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Interested in learning and growing within retail media (experience is a plus, not required)
- Based in or willing to work in the Madison, WI area
- Opportunity to get in early on a fast-growing retail media capability
