What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paid Media Manager (DTC focus) position at Gawronski Media?
Gawronski Media is a paid media agency focused on Food & Beverage/CPG brands located in Madison, WI. We help brands scale both their in-store and online sales.
At Gawronski Food & Beverage we pride ourselves on our fast paced, dedicated and detailed services. We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to manage, monitor, and report across all paid media platforms.
This is a full time position starting 5/1/2025 in our offices on the West Side of Madison.
In short, we are looking for someone to manage the DTC Media buying, report data, and join weekly calls with our clients.
Ideally, the candidate has the following experience:
- Paid Media Buying (with all of the following Tik Tok, Facebook Ads Manager, Google, Pinterest, etc.)
- A major Plus includes, Retailer media experience such as Instacar, Walmart, Roundel, etc.
- Understanding the nuances, and technicalities of each platform.
- Overall Paid Media Strategy to maximize performance.
- Some Account Management (at a previous agency)
- 2 Years of working in Paid Media (that can include an internship)
The position will require you to:
- Pull data into excel sheets weekly
- Pull data into larger reporting decks weekly
- Communicate with our project manager, head of creative, and sometimes clients.
- Manage particular paid media projects.
