- Strong research and writing skills,
- Solid academic credentials and keen analytic abilities.
- Federal court litigation practice
- Law and motion practice
- Business/intellectual property experience
- Insurance coverage litigation training or experience a plus.
This job requires you have a dependable stationary internet connection capable of sustaining a data connection for long periods of time through a VPN for remote connection to a WINDOWS BASED PC.
