Vinyl Graphics Production Specialist & Vinyl Installer
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour* (Dependent on Industry Experience)
What You’ll Be Doing:
***Before applying, please note that we are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the graphics/signage industry.
At Gator Graphics, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to improve processes, and never settles for anything but the best.
Our projects range from vehicle wraps and decals to wall graphics, signs, window graphics, and large-format signage. You’ll be involved from production through installation, and every project brings something new.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Printing vinyl graphics and other signage materials
- Loading and operating printers and production equipment
- Weeding vinyl and preparing graphics for application
- Applying transfer tape and preparing graphics for installation
- Installing vehicle wraps, decals, and graphics
- Installing wall graphics, window graphics, signs, and other custom signage
- Measuring, positioning, and aligning graphics accurately
- Working with vinyl, application tape, squeegees, heat, and installation tools
- Making clean cuts and finishing edges properly
- Working around curves, corners, seams, trim, windows, and other difficult areas
- Checking finished work for bubbles, wrinkles, lifting edges, alignment issues, and other imperfections
- Keeping tools, materials, printers, and the work area clean and organized
- Helping with general shop production and keeping projects moving
- Working with the team to make sure projects are completed correctly and on time
- Taking care of customer vehicles, buildings, and property while working

- Experience with vinyl, printing, vehicle wraps, signs, graphics, or production is REQUIRED (2-3 Years) — We will train you on more advanced techniques and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3M, Avery Dennison, or other recognized vinyl wrap installation certifications
- 3 years of professional automotive wrap installation experience
- Experience with premium cast color-change films, including 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF, and ORAFOL
- Experience wrapping large commercial vehicles, trucks, vans, and fleet vehicles
- Experience removing and reinstalling automotive trim, badges, handles, mirrors, and other components
