Graphic Production Artist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Production Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind transforming conceptual designs into polished, print-ready and digital assets that elevate our brand presence. Your expertise in graphic design software, combined with your technical proficiency in production workflows, will ensure that all visual materials meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. Duties

• Prepare and finalize design files for print production, ensuring accurate color management, layout precision, and adherence to prepress standards.
• Collaborate with art directors and marketing teams to develop compelling visual assets across various media including digital, print, and signage.
• Create and refine branding elements such as logos, typography, and visual identity components that align with strategic brand guidelines.
• Execute photo editing, photo manipulation, and digital art projects using Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software to produce high-quality visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines; ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications for print or digital distribution.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography design for media, layout design, and print production processes including prepress procedures.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web design; familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress is preferred.
• Expertise in digital art creation, photo editing/manipulation, sign manufacturing processes, and presentation skills using InVision or similar tools.
• Ability to manage color calibration and color management workflows to ensure consistency across digital screens and printed materials.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams; strong attention to detail in producing accurate design files for various media formats.
• Knowledge of marketing design principles including branding strategies and marketing campaign development.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
