Therapist - Center Township

Responsibilities:  

• Conducts client screening and assessments to assist in individualized treatment planning.
• Conducts treatment planning and provides continuing care recommendations.
• Facilitates individual, group and family therapy.
• Provides psychoeducation to the patient community.
• Supports patient case management needs in conjunction with the clinical team.
• Works in conjunction with the medical team to meet patient’s physical health needs.
• Assures that all treatment planning, continuing care and documentation complies with regulations set forth by Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree  
• Ability to complete and obtain certification/licensure in an appropriate timeframe, as per regulatory bodies. 

Preferred Qualifications:    

• Master's degree. Degree must be in field that meets the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs staffing qualification regulations.
• Experience in a mental health or drug and alcohol professional setting
