Responsibilities:
- Conducts client screening and assessments to assist in individualized treatment planning.
- Conducts treatment planning and provides continuing care recommendations.
- Facilitates individual, group and family therapy.
- Provides psychoeducation to the patient community.
- Supports patient case management needs in conjunction with the clinical team.
- Works in conjunction with the medical team to meet patient’s physical health needs.
- Assures that all treatment planning, continuing care and documentation complies with regulations set forth by Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Good listening skills.
- Strong desire to help others.
- Ability to motivate others.
- Excellent communication skills.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to complete and obtain certification/licensure in an appropriate timeframe, as per regulatory bodies.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree. Degree must be in field that meets the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs staffing qualification regulations.
- Experience in a mental health or drug and alcohol professional setting

- Childline and FBI Clearances
- Drug Screen
- TB test
