About the Role:
The Collections Manager will play a critical role in improving and managing the company’s cash collections and overall DSO performance. This highly visible position will oversee a talented AR Collections team, build processes, and work cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the AR collections operations across a large customer base (>10K)
- Design, implement, and streamline collections policies and procedures
- Monitor and drive performance metrics including cash flow and DSO targets
- Build strong internal and external customer relationships
- Collaborate with invoicing, sales, and field teams to troubleshoot and resolve billing issues
- Implement automation and productivity improvements across the collections process
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of leadership experience in collections/accounts receivable
- Strong understanding of collections methodologies, KPIs, and systems integration
- Ability to lead teams across a broad geographic footprint
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree required
