Position Summary:
The Manager of Strategic Programs will oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) initiatives across assigned markets. This role is responsible for ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with broader business goals. The manager will act as a central point of coordination across engineering, construction, operations, sales, and marketing teams, while providing visibility and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
· Program Leadership: Manage multiple coordinated project areas under one market strategy, including oversight of third-party vendors and contractors.
· Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and communication across functions.
· Strategic Support: Assist in evaluating construction costs, validating business cases for new markets or expansions, and ensuring financial predictability of programs.
· Executive Communication: Prepare and present program updates, technical and financial summaries, and risk assessments to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
· Market Development: Support long-term planning and execution strategy for new builds, expansions, and market growth initiatives.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor program progress, identify risks and mitigation plans, and ensure successful, cost-effective delivery of FTTH programs.
The successful candidate will bring the following to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (master's preferred).
- 5 years of program management experience, ideally in telecommunications or construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze budgets, costs, and business cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and align teams toward common goals.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
