Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Lead to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Surveillance Lead, you will be responsible for leading facility-wide surveillance camera operations to assist in the protection and safety of the property, our guests, and team members. What will you do?
- Monitor surveillance operations across all property areas to detect violations, illegal activity, and security concerns
- Assist team members by supporting observations, report writing, and occasional training of new staff
- Document incidents, violations, and observations through timely and accurate reports and logs
- Ensure surveillance systems, cameras, and equipment remain fully operational at all times
- Enforce compliance with state gaming regulations, property policies, and departmental procedures
- Protect sensitive surveillance information by maintaining strict confidentiality of investigations and system activity
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in casino surveillance as an agent or operator working in the surveillance monitor room
- Prior gaming or law enforcement experience preferred, with an understanding of all table games
- Ability to utilize multiple programs to research and investigate table games, slot system, food and beverage transaction data, license plate recognition, guest ID, and surveillance system analytics
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses
- Computer skills, including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, routine database activity, and record keeping
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
