Position: Team Member
Employment Type: Seasonal (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Openings: 5
Location: Flushing, NY

What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Create an engaging and memorable experience for guests of all ages.
- Assist guests with arcade games, prize redemption, merchandise, and attractions.
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe.
- Monitor guest activities and promote a safe, enjoyable environment.
- Clearly communicate attraction rules, policies, and procedures.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts.
- Perform routine facility inspections and light maintenance tasks.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation to Flushing, NY.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Mandarin bilingual skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reach, bend, kneel, crouch, and maintain balance.
- Lift and handle merchandise, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
