POSITIONS Hiring..

**Back of house crew**

As a BOH Team Member, you will be the backbone of the restaurant. You will help ensure quality of food that leaves the kitchen and prepare what is need to ensure a smooth service. No gas stoves, no cooking involved! Knife experience is a plus! You will also be helping with receiving incoming orders from our vendors. We have a great family vibe at our work establishment and arent like other kitchens.

We will train you and provide you with the tools and knowledge. Must be comfortable washing dishes and doing heavy cleaning. Must be able to lift 40 Lbs .

Experience with the following is a plus...

Experience with FIFO
Experience in Fast Casual Restaurant Environment

Free meals per 6 hour shifts. One free meal per day.

Requirements

• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to balance out work and school schedule(If you are going to school)
