POSITIONS AVAILABLEFRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) TEAM MEMBER

As an FOH Team Member, you will be an important part of creating an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and greeting guests
• Taking and preparing customer orders at the front counter
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen and other team members
• Ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
• Responding quickly to order changes and guest requests
• Helping with dishes, restocking, and heavy cleaning when needed
• Working as a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly

Don't have restaurant experience? That's okay!

We will train you and provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.

Previous restaurant, leadership, trainer, or customer-service experience is a plus.

You must, however, be comfortable with washing dishes, heavy cleaning, lifting 40 lbs., and performing all necessary restaurant tasks regardless of station.

EXPERIENCE THAT'S A PLUS

Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:

• FIFO inventory practices
• Fast-casual restaurant operations
• Customer service
• Food preparation
• Previous trainer or leadership experience

REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates must:

• Have excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrate situational awareness and a strong sense of urgency
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have reliable transportation
• Be comfortable operating restaurant equipment and handling pots, pans, and other equipment
• Be able to safely navigate shelving and storage areas, including high and low shelving
• Have basic reading, writing, math, and verbal communication skills
• Be comfortable working in a noisy, busy, and fast-paced environment
• Remain mobile and active throughout the shift
• Work effectively under pressure
• Respond quickly and accurately to order changes and adjustments
• Be able to balance work and school schedules, if applicable
• Be available to work weekends and/or closing shifts

SCHEDULING & HOURS

Pay: $17.00–$19.50 per hour

Part-Time: 12–30 hours per week

Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week

Actual hours and schedules are based on business needs, availability, performance, and position requirements.
