Service Appointment Coordinator

The Coordinator is responsible for handling all inbound service phone calls, assisting the customer in scheduling service appointments accurately, answering questions and providing the customer with recommended manufacturer services. This is an entry level position.

- Computer Skills - Typing, Internet, Microsoft Windows & Office Suite along with Google Workspace
- Team Player
- Oral & Written Communication - Speaks and writes clearly, rapport-based influence and persuasion
- Customer Service - Friendly personality, positive attitude, strong work ethic, transmit a sense of ease, comfort, trust and excitement to visit the dealership
- Accurate
- Ability to work in a high-volume team environment with several other specialists
- 6-Day a week operation, closed on Sundays, flexible availability
