Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Account Representative at our Baltimore, MD location. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating insurance options. Additional tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, guiding sales processes to match customers with suitable insurance products, and conducting training sessions to educate clients about their policies and financial service options.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management to oversee and maintain client accounts
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to ensure client satisfaction and effectively address inquiries
- Experience in Sales to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance or financial products
- Capability to conduct Training sessions for clients about insurance products and financial planning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workspace
- Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain relevant certifications as required
