A rapidly growing planning-centric Registered Investment Advisor is expanding its presence in the Nashville market and is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor (CFP®) to join its office in Franklin, TN.

Advisors are supported by dedicated marketing, planning, tax, and investment teams, and the firm invests heavily in lead generation to keep advisors’ calendars full.

The Opportunity
This is a front-line advisory role focused on delivering financial planning and converting firm-generated prospects into long-term clients. Advisors benefit from significant internal support and a strong marketing engine designed to drive consistent client opportunities.
What You'll Do:
• Lead comprehensive financial planning conversations with prospective and existing clients
• Deliver personalized advice across investments, retirement, tax, and estate considerations
• Convert firm-generated prospects into long-term client relationships
• Manage and grow a client book over time
• Collaborate with internal planning, tax, and investment teams to deliver best-in-class advice
Advisors are not responsible for sourcing their own leads. The firm invests approximately $300K–$350K annually per advisor in marketing and lead generation.
What We're Looking For:
• CFP® designation
• Approximately 3 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
• Strong ability to deliver comprehensive financial plans
• Proven ability to convert prospects into clients
• Experience at a planning-centric RIA or independent advisory firm
• Advisors who have managed client relationships and delivered financial planning directly
• Professionals comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary typically $125,000 – $150,000
• Advisors earn the greater of base salary or 20% of revenue generated
• High-performing advisors commonly reach $400K in total compensation as their client book grows
