Registered Client Associate

Garry Executive Search is partnering with a leading independent RIA in the Twin Cities seeking a Registered Client Associate to join their growing team.

The Client Relationship Associate plays a key role in ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care, accuracy, and follow-through.

You’ll be part of a collaborative advisory team supporting high-net-worth clients, ensuring all account activity, documentation, and service needs are handled with precision and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, paperwork, and account maintenance

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality across all client records and custodian communications

• Collaborate closely with advisors and operations to deliver a seamless client experience

• Process new accounts, transfers, and service requests with strong attention to detail

• Troubleshoot issues and help identify opportunities to improve workflows and client service processes

What You Bring:

• 2 years of experience in wealth management, client service, or financial operations

• Series 65 license preferred; willingness to complete Series 65 within the first year required if not currently registered

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall technology aptitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to supporting client relationships

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000–$85,000 (plus bonus)
