They are seeking an Associate Financial Advisor (Service Advisor) to join their team in a client-facing, relationship-driven role. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 200 to 250 client households
- Deliver ongoing financial planning and advice across retirement, investment, tax, and estate considerations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication

- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm best practices
Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
- Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills
- Series 65 or 66 required
- CFP® designation strongly preferred or actively pursuing
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of client relationships effectively
No Prospecting Required
Plug into a firm with a fully built, high-performing inbound lead engine so you can focus entirely on client service.
Defined Role and Structure
Clear separation between business development and service advisors, creating efficiency and focus.
Growth Opportunity
Flexibility to evolve into different paths over time, including relationship management or business development tracks.
