Garry Executive Search is proud to be partnering with a highly respected and independent wealth management firm seeking an experienced Client Service Associate in the west Chicago Metro to join their growing operations team. This individual will play a key role supporting the firm’s advisors and high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence across multiple custodians.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee client onboarding, transfers, and account maintenance
- Process transactions (journals, wires, checks, etc.) with accuracy and efficiency
- Serve as a liaison between advisors, clients, and custodians.
- Manage CRM updates, documentation, and service workflows
- Support internal process improvements and ensure compliance best practices
- Handle a mix of client-facing and behind-the-scenes operational duties
What We’re Looking For
- 2–10 years of experience in client service, operations, or a similar role within wealth management and/or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office Suite
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to long-term growth and excellence
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (plus bonus)
