Axiom Strategies is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Associates. In this role, Associates play a crucial part in supporting our General Consultants in developing and implementing effective political strategies for our client campaigns.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of political campaigns by coordinating various campaign activities and managing essential campaign resources.

• Aid General Consultants in developing political strategies for client campaigns.
• Coordinate with General Consultants to create and execute campaign voter contact plans.
• Manage relationships with vendors in various fields (direct mail, phones, field, TV/radio, digital).
• Oversee campaign budgets and collaborate with fundraisers to manage cashflow effectively.
• Provide written campaign material, including press releases and fundraising emails.
• Set up and maintain internal campaign systems (email service providers, social media pages).
• Serve as a utility player, assisting in various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Participate in weekly associate team meetings.

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
