Your Impact
As a Scheduling Assistant, you'll be key to our mission of promoting healing and hope. Serving as the first contact for clients, you'll ensure they feel valued and understood from the start. This full-time role supports our counseling team and clients by maintaining a welcoming environment through efficient scheduling and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage clinician schedules at designated locations, collaborating with counseling staff to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Manage client communications with empathy and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate records using our Google Drive-based systems
- Support insurance processes and administrative functions that keep our practice running smoothly
- Ensure that all position-related workflows are kept up to date to reflect current responsibilities and processes
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in a medical or mental health office setting
- Proficiency with Google Workspace for seamless collaboration and document management
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal abilities with genuine care for client well-being
- Professional phone manner and customer service excellence
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Ideal Candidate:
- Undergraduate degree in a helping profession (Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field)
- Experience navigating insurance and billing processes
- Understanding of mental health terminology and client needs
Compensation and Benefits
