Busy Automotive repair shop with a solid reputation seeking a qualified Classic car / Vintage Automotive mechanic. Great opportunity for a retired or semi retired mechanic looking for a part-time flexible schedule. Must have experience with carbureted vehicles. Pay Commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance: Conduct tune-ups, oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, filter replacements, and lubrication.
- Repairs: Fix or replace worn parts (brakes, sensors, belts) and repair or rebuild engines, transmissions, and other major components.
- Customer Interaction: Explain issues, provide repair estimates, and discuss work performed with clients.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and vehicle condition.
- Road Testing: Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs are successful.
- Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work with tools, equipment, and documentation.
- Up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology.

Pay: $20.00 - $65.00 per hour
