Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrains, and suspensions to restore optimal vehicle function.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs to keep vehicles in peak condition.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for repairs and maintenance while adhering to safety standards.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and auto estimating software to ensure precise repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and providing reliable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair across various vehicle types.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics tools, schematics, and electrical systems is essential.
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance machinery safely.
- Familiarity with Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Subaru, and Volvo vehicles or similar brands is a plus; certification in ADAS or auto estimating is advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge of transmissions, suspension systems, tire service including shocks & struts is required.
