Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products suited to their project needs.
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise, and ensure the store remains clean and inviting
- Assist with stock replenishment and product labeling
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or coordinating deliveries
- Propane Filling
- Customer loading, must be able to lift 50lb
- Product assembly
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in hardware stores or grocery environments, not required.
- Some trade experience or relevant schooling in plumbing, construction, carpentry, or related fields highly desirable
- Ability to provide excellent customer service through active listening and problem-solving skills
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
