Gardner High School – Football Coaching Opportunities
Location: Gardner, Massachusetts
Season: Fall 2026
The Gardner High School Football Program is currently seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the following coaching positions for the upcoming 2026 season:
- Running Backs / Linebackers Coach
- Defensive Coordinator
These are stipend positions. Preferred candidates will possess prior coaching experience at the middle school, high school or collegiate level, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the development of student-athletes both on and off the field. Responsibilities include:
- Teaching fundamental position techniques and schemes
- Supporting overall team culture, discipline, and effort
- Attending all practices, meetings, and games
- Collaborating with the head coach and coordinator on weekly game plans
