Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee unit operations, including treatment, medication administration, and staff assignments
- Ensure resident care requirements are met and monitor patient conditions
- Foster a compassionate, resident-centered environment
- Conduct daily audits of admission charts and review incident reports
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, physicians, and other departments
- Participate in staff evaluations, scheduling, and performance management
- Implement and enforce organizational policies, nursing standards, and safety regulations
- Valid New York State RN License
- Prior long-term care experience required
- Administrative or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
