What You'll Do:
- Handle a variety of commercial and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft and negotiate commercial and real estate agreements.
- Advise clients on complex legal issues and provide practical business-oriented solutions.
- Manage disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
- Build strong client relationships while working closely with a collaborative legal team.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, or a combination of these practice areas.
- Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Florida Bar admission in good standing.
