The firm has a stellar reputation for providing general counsel representation to community associations and HOA's, guiding them through Florida's statutory changes.

Responsibilities:
- Review contracts and stay current on relevant statutes and regulations.
- Attend board and membership meetings to provide legal guidance.
- Draft and amend governing documents and association policies.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience practicing law.
- Must have experience or a strong interest in representing HOA's and condo associations.
- Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
- Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, as well as excellent academic credentials.
- Ability to work in a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional research and writing skills with the ability to multitask, analyze complex issues, and communicate effectively.
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.
